Farmington resident joins LeChase
LeChase Construction Services LLC recently hired Joel Jarnot, of Farmington, as accounting manager in Rochester.
In his role, Jarnot will oversee the day-to-day functions of the accounting department and related personnel. He will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity and adherence to internal policies and generally accepted accounting practices.
A certified public accountant in the state of New York, Jarnot has 10 years of experience in the field. Before joining LeChase, he worked for privately owned companies in Greater Rochester.
Jarnot earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the College at Brockport and serves on the advisory council for the school’s SummerLEAP program.
Victor resident joins local law firm
Michael Adams, of Victor, recently joined Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP in Rochester as an associate. Adams has experience in complex commercial litigation and personal injury defense.
He received his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2012. Adams previously worked for Builders Exchange of Rochester as manager of public affairs.
His legal career started with an internship in the Virginia Court of Appeals. Adams worked as an associate counsel for the Board of Veterans’ Appeals in Washington, D.C., and was an associate at Calihan Law PLLC.
