This year, there are two ways to celebrate the Halloween season at Seneca Park Zoo: ZooBoo and ZooBoo After Dark.
ZooBoo runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 19-20. This daytime fundraiser features Halloween-themed games, crafts and entertainment. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and participate in the costume parade at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day.
Tickets cost $6.50-$7.50 for Zoo members, $7.50-$8.50 for the public.
ZooBoo After Dark was created for families with older kids seeking a spookier experience, including a guided flashlight tour of the zoo and ghost stories. The event will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 25-26.
Tickets cost $15 for Zoo members, $20 for the public and must be purchased in advance.
A portion of every ticket sold will go toward tiger conservation. Visit for information.
