A Farmington man was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after allegedly causing more than $1,000 in damage to equipment at the Tops market in Farmington.
Kenneth K. Kressler, 63, was charged Nov. 24, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, in connection with damages store officials reported Nov. 1. According to deputies, Kressler broke the touch screen on Tops’ Lotto machine, causing $1,241.10 in damages. Deputies charged him after receiving the dollar amount of damages.
Kressler was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
