Crews rescued a man after his car crashed into a pond in Henrietta.

Deputies say the 22-year-old was drunk when he went into the pond just outside Marketplace Mall around 1 a.m. Friday.

He was able to drive out but hit a tree, causing the car to roll back into the water.

A scuba team helped pull the driver out.

The driver, whose name was not released, was arrested for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation.
