LYONS — A Lyons man was arrested Monday, Feb. 10, on multiple charges related to a domestic incident that occurred last Christmas Eve in Lyons.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, Anthony Hall, 47, of Lyons, stabbed a female acquaintance with a fork and a bladed instrument Dec. 24, 2019 after entering her apartment in violation of a stay-away order of protection, as well as placing both hands around her throat. Deputies said Hall fled the scene.

According to deputies, Hall was observed by a deputy again violating a stay-away order of protection. He was charged Monday, Feb. 10, with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, first-degree criminal contempt and criminal obstruction of breathing.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is to answer the charges Feb. 18 in Town of Lyons Court.
