Finger Lakes Community College will offer science, technology, engineering, art and math camps this summer for students entering grades 7-9 in the fall.
FLCC is offering three separate day camps, each with a different theme.
Students will explore areas of technology and design while building their own projects on July 13-17 at the Victor Campus Center, 200 Victor Heights Parkway. FLCC faculty will present projects in engineering, mechanical technology, instrumentation and control technologies, and architecture. Registration costs $225 until April 15, then $250 through June 25. The fee increases to $275 after June 25.
Students will explore the forensic science of crime scene investigation by learning how to collect evidence and test it in a lab on July 20-24 at the Newark Campus Center, 1100 Technology Parkway. Registration costs $185 until June 1, then rises to $200.
Students will explore computer science through activities in coding and video game design on July 27-31 at the Geneva Campus Center, 63 Pulteney St. Registration costs $185 until June 1, then rises to $200.
