Gilda’s Club Rochester is offering virtual support groups, health and wellness programs, and art classes for people affected by cancer.

The nonprofit organization provides social and emotional support to people living with cancer, as well as their families and friends. Its headquarters on Alexander Street in Rochester is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Gilda’s Club Rochester is dedicated to continuing to provide support to our local cancer community during this challenging time,” CEO Melinda Merante said. “We want our existing members and the entire community to know that we are keeping our programs open even while our clubhouse doors must be closed.”
