SOUTH BRISTOL — Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures — both the Aerial Adventure Park and the Kids Adventure Park — has received approval from the Finger Lakes Control Group and the Governor’s Office to open for the 2020 operations, starting at 9 p.m. Saturday, June 13.
Face coverings or masks will be required, and new gloves will be provided and included with reservations, among other health, safety and hygiene procedures.
“We’re so excited to be able to open and provide our guests with a fun, memorable, outdoor experience,” Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures President Steven Fuller stated in a release “It will be wonderful to see family and friends outside, climbing in the trees again this weekend.”
The Aerial Adventure Park is a series of more than seven challenge courses interwoven within the forest canopy, each with 12 to 15 elements suspended between tree platforms — ziplines, tightrope walks, rope ladders, bridges and more. The Kids Adventure Park has two courses designed for kids 4-7.
The Aerial Adventure Park and Kids Adventure Park at Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reservations will be required in advance. Guests can book their visit at BristolMountainAdventures.com or by calling 585-374-1180.
The Zipline Canopy Tour is anticipated to open shortly after, according to the release.
