Project Homeless Connect Rochester will hold its annual coat drive on Sept. 15 at the Rochester Public Market. Donations can be dropped off at Webster Public Library, 980 Ridge Road, during business hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays-Fridays and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays through Sept. 1.
