The Town of Brighton will be holding its fourth prescription drug "take-back day" this Saturday, Oct. 29 rain or shine at the Brighton Town Hall Public Safety Wing on 2300 Elmwood Avenue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents are asked to leave all drugs in their original containers (black out patient’s name on prescription bottles) and to place all containers into a plastic or paper bag. To drop off the items, drive to the Brighton Town Hall, enter the Police Department driveway, and follow the orange cones to the police bays. You do not have to leave your vehicle or fill out any forms to rid of your items.

All medication will be taken to the Covanta Niagara mixed solid waste facility for final witnessed destruction via incineration immediately following the collection event.
