One teenager and two men are recovering from three separate stabbing incidents that happened between Sunday’s early morning hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.

One teenager and two men are recovering from three separate stabbing incidents that happened between Sunday’s early morning hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.


Police say the first incident involved a 19-year-old male who was stabbed in the torso near a business at 2 am on East Main Street during a fight. He was driven to Strong Memorial Hospital in a private vehicle and is recovering.


The second stabbing occurred near the city’s East End on Lawrence Street around 3 am. Police say a 20-year-old male was stabbed multiple times and was then driven to a residence on Rockview Terrace where police and ambulance were called. He was taken to a local hospital and is now listed in guarded condition.


The third stabbing was just after 4:30 Sunday morning. Rochester police were called to Brooklyn Street near Lexington Avenue. Police say a 40 year old man was on foot when he got into an altercation with an unknown suspect and was stabbed repeatedly in the upper body.


All three of the victim’s names have not been released yet. The incidents are under investigation and there are no suspects in custody.
